Description

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the University of Ottawa (“University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an Event Management and Online Donation Solution as further described in Appendix D (RFP Particulars) Section A (the Deliverables).
While we ideally seek a single integrated system to handle both Event Management and Online Donation, we will accept proposals for independent solutions targeting solely the Event Management aspect or the Online Donation aspect alone, with the objective to acquire two independent systems if this proves preferable based on the combined evaluations.
The University is seeking proposal submissions for replacing current aging technology and lower the complexity and support effort level for IT service at the University in its operations related to the management of events and the collection of online donations.
The University currently operates and supports one event management system and one online donation platform that are dated and are struggling to meet all the needs and requirements for this fast-evolving sector and the University community.
