Description

The project includes, but is not limited to:

Modernization of elevators P1 and P3, including cab finishes and systems to CSA-B44 Safety Code for Elevators at Roger Guindon Hall, elevators will be modernized one at a time. Additional scope includes the removal of the tile wall at every elevator landing, revisions to the ceiling in the men’s washroom in the basement and revisions to the janitor room adjacent to the machine room in the basement.

The successful general contractor will execute a Standard Construction Document, CCDC 2 – 2008, Stipulated Price Contract and the University of Ottawa's Supplementary Conditions.
