Description

The University of Ottawa is sekking to have Designated Substance Reports prepared for 85 separate buildings across campus before summer 2020. Some facilities have had reports in the past but the University requires a fresh, up to date report for all buildings. There is no planned bidder's briefing so please submit questions via email to the University contact at prs-proc@uottawa.ca.

Proposals will be evaluated on five categores, company experience, proposed team, approach and methodology, health and safety and bid price, all having equal weighting of 20%.

Proposal are due before 3:00:00 p.m. on Thursday November 28, 2019 at 139 Louis-Pasteur, Room 274.
A service contract template is attached will be used as the basis for the winning bidder to sign.
