Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the University of Ottawa (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2020028 RFP- Charter Bus Services. The proposals will specifically address the chartering of coach bus services for the student population and employees, as further described in Appendix D (RFP Particulars) Section A (the “Deliverables”).
Buses to be chartered are required to transport the University of Ottawa’s team (s) to and from various destinations (refer to Appendix D of this document).

Although the chartering of coach bus is mainly requested by Sports Services, all pricing, terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal shall apply to uOttawa in it's entirity if required.

Proposals must be submitted through MERX Electronic Proposal Submission (“EBS”) System, the electronic tendering systems used by the University. They must be submitted in following 2 envelope style:
1) Attachment #1 Qualitative Proposal_2020028-RFP_ {insert proponent’s name}
This attachment must include have the following mandatory documents:
i. Appendix B – Submission form;
ii. Appendix D Section C – Mandatory submission requirements;
iii. Appendix E- Reference consent form;
iv. Technical Proposal as per Appendix D Section F – Rated criteria – do not put financial pricing
information in this document.
2) Attachment #2 Financial Proposal_2020028-RFP_ {insert proponent’s name}
This attachment must include the following documents:
i. Appendix C – Pricing
ii. Financial Supporting Documentation (if required)
