The University of OttawaOttawa is seeking to retain the services of a qualified multi-disciplinary team, specializing in Architectural, (including FF&E), Structural, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection Engineering services. The primary mandate of this RFP is to carry out Lifecycle Management Services as outlined within the Statement of Work (SOW), as it pertains to six (6) teaching & research laboratory buildings within the Main downtown, and Alta Vista campuses of the University of Ottawa. The project consists of four separate mandates. They are:
Mandate 1: A comprehensive Building Condition Assessment (BCA’s) for each building,
Mandate 2: A feasibility study and pre-design to implement a district emergency generator modernization,
Mandate 3: A feasibility study and pre-design to implement d’Iorio Hall Laboratory HVAC Modernization,
Mandate 4: A Detailed 30-years Capital Asset Management Plan (CAMP) for each building.
