The University of Ottawa intends to construct the AMRC which is a new multi-disciplinary teaching and research laboratory that will have Animal Care and Veterinary Services, and the Faculty of Medicine as key tenants. The University is seeking an Independent Third-Party Building Envelope Commissioning Service Provider to work with the University of Ottawa, Advocates and the DB Team, to provide the services in the Scope of Services section of this RFP (Exhibit 2).
