Notice is hereby given by the University of Ottawa of the intent to enter into a contract with Apexmium Medical Group Inc. to purchase the AIXPLORER Ultrafast™ Imaging and ShearWave™ Elastography Ultrasound System for the purpose of synchronizing the imaging of musculoskeletal tissues with other biomechanical measures through the use of external triggering and using quantitative shear wave elastography to measure tissue stiffness properties in biomechanics research. The system must also come with a PACS database.
