Description

This Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the supply and delivery of Promotional Products(the “Goods”), to the University of Ottawa. The work in this contract includes the supply and delivery of the Promotional Products. All Products must meet the specifications, quality standards and the terms of conditions identified in this Request for Supplier Qualification.

In the RFSQ process, The University of Ottawa intends to prequalify a minimum of five (5) designated Suppliers per category, to be part of the Vendor of Record (VOR) for the Arrangement regarding the supply and delivery of the Promotional Products.

Below are the Categories descriptions for roster considerations and anticipated number of suppliers to be prequalified, suppliers may bid to be in one or more of the following rosters. A minimum 5 five main suppliers per category will be selected.

Category A: Promotional Soft Goods roster
A maximum of 5 (five) highest scoring proponents will be added to this roster. Requests for Quotes will be issued for all future requirements of support work and every effort will be made to give equal opportunity of the qualified vendors to be included in requests of the University.

Category B: Promotional Hard Goods roster
A maximum of 5 (five) highest scoring proponents will be added to this roster. Requests for Quotes will be issued for all future requirements of support work and every effort will be made to give equal opportunity of the qualified vendors to be included in requests of the University

Category C: Awards and Special Signage roster
A maximum of 5 (five) highest scoring proponents will be added to this roster. Requests for Quotes will be issued for all future requirements of support work and every effort will be made to give equal opportunity of the qualified vendors to be included in requests of the University

Proponents are welcome to apply to one or more categories as may be acceptable.
