2022028 Online Donations Solution RFSQ (Request for Supplier Qualifications): The University of Ottawa has bold ambitions to take its place among the world’s greatest institutions and we are seeking a partner that will help us match that ambition with a best-in-class online giving experience for its alumni and donors. in order to acquire a best-in-class experience Online giving solution, the University will consider a wide variety of solutions from experienced Respondents (with a wide range from Out-of-the box/Saas to Custom built/On-premise options being considered).
Primary Objective- An online giving form solution: One that provides a seamless, integrated experience to the donor.
Secondary Objective-A crowd funding solution: One that provides a seamless, integrated experience for both donors and fundraiser clients.
The university is not seeking a new CRM, CMS, or email marketing tool at this time, but may consider at a later date these options.
It is the intention of the university to request submissions for the process demonstrated below:
RFSQ proposals -> 1st shortlist: RFSQ Demos -> 2nd shortlist: to CCM -> Finalists invited to IRFP
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) requires that all Proponents submitting a proposal for this RFSQ ensure proposals submitted remain anonymous until initial shortlisting. See Section 2.3 of Appendix B in RFSQ documents for further details.
