MANDATORY PROPONENTS’ BRIEFING
A mandatory site meeting for all moving companies interested in submitting a proposal are
required to attend a site visit to tour both the existing spaces at MacDonald Hall Annex,
Blackwood Hall and MacKinnon basement, as well as tour the new space in the Former
VMI Building #046. The Site Visit will start at Blackwood Hall on Tuesday, May 4, 2021
at 10:30am (refer to Appendix A – location is marked with a blue star). The Project
Manager, Ashley Feeney, 226-821-1416, will lead the site visit. All proponents must attend
and will be required to sign the "Site Meeting Log" to confirm their attendance.

 MacDonald Hall Annex Building #002

Building #046 Renovation for College of Social and Applied Human Sciences – Move Services

Proposals shall be submitted before:
Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 3:00:00 PM
via Bonfire.
The closing time shall be determined by the Bonfire system. Submissions which complete
uploading or arrive after the deadline will not be accepted and will not be considered. It is
recommended that Proponents allow at least one hour before the submission deadline to begin
the uploading process and to finalize your submission.
Emailed submissions will not be accepted.
