Proponents and their project team members interested in submitting a proposal are to attend a mandatory site
visit to view the project site and site conditions. Proponents will be expected to sign in to ensure future
considerations of any proposal. The mandatory site visit is scheduled for:
Day 20 February 2019, at 9:30 am, Meeting at South stairs on Reynolds Walk, Building # 73 (MacNaughton West
Building, see map in Appendix A)

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proponents are to prepare and submit their Proposals electronically through Bonfire at
(link to be provided via addendum within 5 working days)
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Proposals shall be submitted before:
12:00 Noon, Monday, 11 March 2019
via Bonfire.
The Closing Time shall be determined by the Bonfire system. Submissions which complete uploading or arrive
after the deadline will not be accepted and will not be considered. It is recommended that Proponents allow at
least one hour before the submission deadline to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.
Emailed submissions will not be accepted.
