Event Note

Moving companies interested in submitting a proposal are required to attend a site visit to tour and view the MacKinnon Building. The site visit will be held on February 20, 2019 starting at 11:00am at 068 – MacKinnon Hall. Meet at North/West vestibule (noted with a blue star in Appendix A). The project manager, Leah Rossini, 226-979-0599, will lead the site visit. Proponents must sign in with the project manager. Only proponents who attend the site visit and sign in with the project manager will be allowed to submit a proposal.

Proponents are to prepare and submit their Proposals electronically through Bonfire at https://uoguelph.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/private/0bdfb7a0bcaae7b9a2293a8c3ebf739c
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Proposals shall be submitted before:
March 12, 2019 at 3:00:00pm
via Bonfire.
The Closing Time shall be determined by the Bonfire system. Submissions which complete uploading or arrive after the deadline will not be accepted and will not be considered. It is recommended that Proponents allow at least one hour before the submission deadline to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.
Emailed submissions will not be accepted.
The Proposal shall be signed by a duly authorized official(s) of the entity submitting a Proposal. Signatures on behalf of a non-incorporated entity or by individuals shall be witnessed. In the case of an incorporated company, the corporate seal shall be affixed to the Proposal adjacent to the authorized signature.
