The Closing Time shall be determined by the digital time clock in the J.C. Hersey Building. Submissions which
arrive after the deadline will be returned unopened and not considered.
Emailed submissions will be accepted, send to jill@pr.uoguelph. Ensure (2) .pdf files are sent – 1 for each Part
of the submission as outlined above. It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to send the submission on time,
computer failure will not allow exception, and will result in the submission being rejected and unopened. - 3:00p.m., April 30th, 2018
