  Note d’événement

  A mandatory virtual meeting for prime consultants interested in submitting a proposal has
  been scheduled on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. via virtual invitation.
  Proponents may choose to attend in person rather than virtual, refer to Appendix A
  for meeting location. Participation virtually or in person are both acceptable forms
  of attendance. All bidders must attend and will be required to sign the "Site Meeting Log"
  to confirm their attendance.
  If attending virtually, proponent must email Ashley Feeney at
  afeeney@pr.uoguelph.ca 48 hours prior to the proponent briefing in order to receive
  the virtual link.
