Event Note

A mandatory site meeting for all Proponents has been scheduled for Friday, February 12, 2021
at 9:00am convening outside the J. C. Hersey Building main front entrance. All Proponents
must attend, attendance will be taken. RFP responses from Proponents not in attendance will
be disqualified and in turn not evaluated.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Proposals shall be submitted before:
by 3:00pm on Monday, March 1, 2021
via Bonfire.
The closing time shall be determined by the Bonfire system. Submissions which complete
uploading or arrive after the deadline will not be accepted and will not be considered. It is
recommended that Proponents allow at least one hour before the submission deadline to begin
the uploading process and to finalize your submission.
Emailed submissions will not be accepted.
Proponents are to prepare and submit their Proposals electronically through Bonfire at
https://uoguelph.bonfirehub.ca/p/1799
