Description

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit a Proposal indicating their organization’s capability and resources for prime consulting and design services for LIB 3rd Floor - Library Research Commons Catalyst located at 350 Victoria St, Toronto.

Phase 1: Feasibility and Space Planning

Phase 2: Design Development & Construction drawings

Phase 3: Construction Contract Administration & Close-out

Project Phases 2 and 3 will be contingent upon the University’s approvals, available funding, performance of the Successful Proponent and the future business needs of the University and will, continue as solely determined by the University.
