Ryerson University advises Prospective Proponents that it intends to post a non-binding Request for Proposal (RFP) as noted above on Merx.
The objective of the RFP is to award a Master Agreement to one (1) qualified supplier for the provision of general contractor and management services for Ryerson’s construction projects valued at one hundred thousand dollars ($100K) or less. The Successful Proponent will provide both construction and design and construction services.
The anticipated term of the Final Agreement is three (3) years, plus two (2) optional renewal periods of one (1) year each, at the discretion of Ryerson.
It is anticipated that the RFP will be posted on Merx within the next month with an anticipated award occurring on or before end of September 2020
The posting date and time are subject to change at the sole and absolute discretion of Ryerson University.
