This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation to prospective Proponents for submissions indicating their organization's capability, experience and resources for the provision of Marketing and Creative Services for Ryerson’s University Relations (“UR”) Department, as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the "Deliverables").
The objective of this RFSQ is for Ryerson to Award a VOR Agreement with up to five (5) Proponents with the highest Total Proposal Score, collectively known as the Successful Proponent(s) or VOR List for a period of three (3) years. Only the Successful Proponents will be able to participate in subsequent opportunities relating to this VOR Agreement.
The RFSQ will pre-qualify Successful Proponents who will be eligible to respond to subsequent Statements of Work (SOW) for upcoming projects. This VOR is a non-exclusive VOR and Ryerson reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to contract with other parties for same or similar Deliverables as those provided by the Successful Proponent

Conditions for Participation:
Insurance Requirements:
- Commercial General Liability Insurance against third party bodily injury (including death), personal injury and broad form property damage (including loss of use) and including products and completed operations liability and blanket contractual liability for an amount of not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence. Such insurance shall include a cross liability and severability of interests clause and an endorsement naming Ryerson University, its governors, trustees, officers and employees as an Additional Insured;
- Standard automobile insurance for all vehicles owned, licensed or leased by the Supplier and non-owned automobile insurance, where required, for an amount of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), per occurrence for each type of coverage. Where the non-owned automobile insurance coverage is provided within a general liability policy, a separate policy is not required;
- Media Liability Insurance for an amount of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence, if applicable to the type of Services offered under this Agreement. If the Media Liability policy is endorsed to cover Errors & Omissions or Professional Liability, there is no need for a stand-alone Professional Liability policy. This insurance policy is required to be maintained throughout the Term of the Agreement and for a period of twenty-four (24) months after the completion of the Services;
- Professional liability insurance for an amount of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence, if applicable to the type of Services offered under this Agreement. This insurance policy is required to be maintained throughout the Term of the Agreement and for a period of twenty-four (24) months after the completion of the Services

Time-Frame for Delivery/Duration of Agreement:
Duration of the Agreement is for 3 years

Negotiation:
At the end of the evaluation process, Ryerson University may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.
Electronic Auction:
The process does not involve an electronic auction.

Selective Tendering for Inclusion on a Source List:
- Please refer to sections Mandatory and Scored Submission requirements above for the criteria that will be used to prequalify the Suppliers
- A maximum of five (5) suppliers for Part A: Strategy, Creative Development and Execution shall be prequalified for inclusion on the source list.
A maximum of five (5) suppliers for Part B: Media Management shall be prequalified for inclusion on the source list
3. Only the suppliers on the prequalified list will receive further notices of procurement covered by the list.
4. The period of validity of the list shall be three (3) years. Further requests for suppliers to apply for inclusion on this list will not be published.
Responses must be submitted in English.
