Description of Procurement The University is conducting a Request for Proposals for the feasibility of constructing the Lincoln LEXANDER School of Law program within 277 Victoria Street, Toronto, ON, commenting on financial impacts and providing various design solutions to facilitate occupancy, potentially in stages as further described in Appendix B.
The University intends to execute a Professional Services Agreement provide in Appendix E.
The procurement is anticipated to not involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
