To gain a better understanding of the existing site conditions and constraints, all Proponents are requested to attend an optional site visit, scheduled for the following date:
Mandatory Site Visit #1 Date: Thursday January 11, 2024, at 9:15AM EST - 12:15PM EST.
Optional Site Visit #2 Date: Friday January 12, 2024, at 9:15AM EST - 12:15PM EST.
Optional Site Visit #3 Date: Monday, January 15, 2024, at 1:15PM EST - 4:15 PM EST
Optional Site Visit #4 Date: Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 9:15AM EST - 12:15PM EST
Site Visit Registration date: On or before Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 5 PM EST.
To register for Site Visit, please email bids@torontomu.ca by referencing the RFP and including the name, cell number and email address of the individual(s) attending.
For clarity, registration is not required to attend the Site Visit; however, it does assist us in our planning.
Please note that the Site Visit is expected to be approximately 3 hours in length. Each Site Visit will be different, viewing different equipment, at different locations. There may be some overlap, but each site visit shall not be the same as any other.
Steel toed boots are required to participate in the Site Visit.
Site Visit shall be at the lobby of the Victoria Building (VIC) located at 285 Victoria Street, Toronto.
