This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by Ryerson University, on behalf of Ryerson University’s Integrated Risk Management’s Chief Emergency Response Team (CERT). The department is looking to obtain information regarding an Emergency Mass Communication System. The system should have the capability to provide alerts via text, email, and on-campus public address horns/sirens to the entire University Campus. Respondents are asked to respond to the University and provide the information requested in SECTION 5 – SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist the department in determining the future purchasing options. The system should be an easy-to-use website and mobile application to send emergency notifications to the campus community (students, staff, faculty and affiliates)
