Description

Ryerson University (“Ryerson”) has a requirement to procure services from the Supplier to support the University’s Faculty Course Surveys’ process. Specifically, Ryerson requires a Supplier to assist with its objective of improving and supporting the course evaluation process online, making it essential to our mission of continuous measurement and improvement of the quality of education at this institution.

The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal Ryerson’s intention to award a contract for the above-noted goods and/or services to the following pre-selected Supplier:

Explorance Inc.
1470 Rue Peel, Ste 500
Montreal, PQ H3A 1T1

Prior to awarding this contract, Ryerson is providing other potential Suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the requirements as per this ACAN, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities during the posting period.
If other potential Suppliers submit a Statement of Capabilities that meet Ryerson’s requirements as set out in the ACAN, Ryerson may proceed to a competitive procurement process.

If no other Supplier submits a Statement of Capabilities on or before the closing date/time, a contract may be awarded to the above-noted pre-selected Supplier.

Interested Suppliers may submit a Statement of Capabilities clearly demonstrating how they meet the requirement(s) of the ACAN, by sending their response to Ryerson’s purchasing portal Bonfire available at https://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/51083.
Statement of Capabilities received by the closing date/time will be evaluated and considered solely for the purpose of determining if a competitive procurement process is warranted.
Ryerson will notify the Suppliers who have submitted a Statement of Capabilities in response to this ACAN of its final decision.
