Description of Procurement
The primary objective of this RFP is to select up to two (2) qualified Proponents for the provision of short- to medium-term accommodation, (one (1) month to eight (8) months). It is Ryerson’s intention to award to one (1) Proponent for homestay accommodation and to one (1) Proponent for apartment style accommodation.
The accommodation is necessary for students, and in some instances their families, who attend English language training at the Real Institute.
The procurement may involve negotiation.
An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca on or before February 22, 2019, 11:00:00 a.m. Toronto Time.
The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Contract Details
The term of the Final Agreement is three (3) years, plus two (2) optional renewal period of one (1) year each, in the discretion of Ryerson.
