Description

The University of Waterloo invites qualified vendors to submit Proposals for Undergraduate Recruitment: In-country International Representation Services (the “Services”) in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The Key Objective of this RFP is to support the University of Waterloo’s undergraduate international student recruitment efforts to reach enrolment targets through outreach initiatives, partnership development and relationship-building activities in India. The University of Waterloo intends to select one (1) supplier that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Submission Deadline February 24, 2025 2:30 PM EST. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Bonfire will shut down at the Closing Time of 2:30 pm on the closing day even if you are midway through an upload. Do not leave your upload to the last day/minute. Do not submit your documents in Merx.
