Description

The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for a Telephone System (for voice calls) in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one vendor that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP. The University of Waterloo iThe new System may be an on-premises solution, a hosted solution, or a hybrid solution comprised of on-premises and hosted components. This is not a managed services RFP. The goal is for the University of Waterloo’s IT department to be largely self-sufficient in managing and maintaining the Telephone System, with limited on-going support services from the Respondent.

Please note the Respondents Meeting on October 1, 2024 (Section 2.5 of the RFP).
Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of Oct 24, 2024 2:30 PM EDT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Bonfire will shut down at the Closing Time of 2:30 pm on the closing day even if you are midway through an upload. Do not leave your upload to the last day/minute. Do not submit your documents in Merx. Bonfire Support (see below) is available to help within a reasonable request timeline – we encourage you to not leave your submission to the last day. The RFP Contact Person cannot assist with Bonfire related support questions.
