Description

The University of Waterloo invites qualified agencies to submit Proposals for Strategic Consulting Services (the “Services”) in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one vendor that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP. The Institute for Quantum Computing (IQC) requires support in the form of strategic consulting on an as needed basis to guide federal and provincial government relations activities with four tracks of activity:

Communication of IQC mission, objectives and successes to key elected and appointed officials, Parliament, and relevant Crown organizations;
IQC's ongoing programming involving meetings and joint projects of industry, government and the academic community;
Formulation of request for renewal of IQC federal and provincial funding;
Increase awareness amongst Government of Ontario stakeholders of quantum information and its practical impacts for the everyday lives of Ontarians.

The monthly maximum of work is 20 hours.
