RFSQ 2025-RFPA-00043 -LG - RFSQ for R+T Park Strategic Plan and Innovation District

This Request for Service Qualifications (RFSQ), Part 1 of a two-part procurement process, is to select a list of Prequalified vendors who shall be permitted and prequalified to submit proposals to a subsequent RFP process (Part 2) for the provision of Consulting Services for R+T Park Strategic Plan and Innovation District Design also referred to as the “Project”. Respondents to the RFSQ must have relevant experience in strategic planning and urban planning and design and a strong understanding of economic development, research parks and innovation districts, and universities. The Successful Respondent to the subsequent RFP will provide the expertise, resources and staff to assist the Park in the development of the R+T Park Strategic Plan and Innovation District Design. The Plan will be a living document that will support the strategic vision, determine needs, and guide the physical development of the Park including facilities, space, transportation, open spaces, mobility, housing, for the next two decades, through 2045.
