Description

University of Waterloo requires the services of a licensed veterinarian who will support animal research, teaching, and training, by providing veterinary services as detailed. The chosen provider will serve as a member of Waterloo’s Animal Care Committee and will provide ongoing and timely expert advice to researchers (faculty and students), the Office of Research Ethics, the Facility Managers, AHTs, and other staff affiliated with the animal housing facilities or temporary holding spaces.

An optional site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, February 19th @ 1 p.m., beginning at the Central Animal Facility in the PAS building. We will also visit/tour the WATER facility in Biology, which is a short walk from the CAF. Bidders are encouraged to attend the site visit to familiarize themselves with the spaces and conditions wherein the Provision of Veterinary Services will be required.
