Description:
The Connected Minds staff and its Evaluation and Performance Monitoring Committee have identified a need to expand and refine the existing performance monitoring plan to include an evaluation that supports the learning and ongoing development of Connected Minds. This RFP reflects the current and future anticipated needs of the program in evaluating its social impact over the long term. York is seeking Vendors with experience conducting evaluations, particularly of large-scale research programs, using a social impact lens. Ultimately, program leadership wishes to demonstrate dissemination and transference of the research findings and products, as well as the achievement of social improvements.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.

Duration of Agreement:
The initial term of the Agreement shall be for twelve (12) months, with four (4) optional twelve (12) month extensions; for a potential Term of sixty (60) months.

York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
