CCACAN FS CB24 - Operation of the College Bookstore

The College seeks to enable the Operation and Management of the Campus Bookstores located at Progress, Morningside, Ashtonbee, Downsview, and Story Arts Centre campuses of the College and value-added services. The College wishes to establish an Advance Contract Award Notice (i.e., ACAN) with the pre-selected Service Provider to support the college’s procurement need.

An ACAN allows departments and agencies to post a notice, for no less than fifteen (15) calendar days, indicating to the vendor community that it intends to award a service contract to the pre-selected Service Provider. If no other Service Provider submits, on or before the closing date, a Statement of Capabilities that meets the requirements set out in the ACAN, the contracting authority may then proceed with the award. However, should a Statement of Capabilities be found to meet the requirements set out in the ACAN; the contracting authority may proceed to a competitive procurement process.
