Description

The University of Waterloo’s Secretariat team requires Governance Portal Software to assist in providing support to Board, Senate and administrative committees on a regular basis. The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for Governance Portal Software, in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one vendor that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized in the Bonfire Portal: https://uwaterloo.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/61198 prior to the Submission Deadline of February 28, 2023, 2:30 PM EDT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before the Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Bonfire will shut down at the Closing Time of 2:30 pm on the closing day even if you are midway through an upload. Do not leave your upload to the last day/minute. Do not submit your documents in Merx.
Uploading large documents like the Questionnaire and Bid Table into the Bonfire Portal may take significant time, depending on the size of the file(s) and your Internet connection speed.
