2022-05-17 - Contract for Marketing Agency Services

The University of Windsor herein referred to as the “University,” is inviting proposals from qualified proponents to provide Public Affairs and Communications and Student Recruitment Marketing Services for the University as further described within this bid document.

Such services aim to raise to the top of mind the University of Windsor as a destination for prospective university students locally,  regionally, nationally, and internationally, as related to where the University engages in student recruiting activities and public and media relations.

The proposed work supports business activities related to undergraduate marketing for the 2023/24 recruitment cycle and beyond. The campaign is predominately for undergraduate recruitment; however, the approach must be flexible with specific consideration to demonstrate how this campaign extends to international markets and graduate recruitment.
