Description

The University of Waterloo invites qualified agencies to submit Proposals for Government Relations Strategy and Consultation Services in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). We require the services of an expert and public sector experienced strategic government relations agency with the capability to assist and guide the University Relations team. The University of Waterloo intends to select one agency that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of Monday December 02, 2024 2:30 PM EST. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Bonfire will shut down at the Closing Time of 2:30 pm on the closing day even if you are midway through an upload. Do not leave your upload to the last day/minute. Do not submit your documents in Merx.
