Description:
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation to interested vendors (“Respondents”) to submit Proposals (“Responses”) to OCAD University (“OCAD U”) for the supply of Mailing Equipment Solution (the “Project”).
OCAD University is seeking proposals from qualified respondents capable of providing a new mailing system, associated services, and supplies. The equipment must have the capacity to process mail of varying weights and sizes with postal and financial reporting capabilities.

Timeframe for Delivery/Duration of Agreement:
New Vendor Installation Commencement May 19 & May 20, 2022.
Term of Lease agreement is for an initial 3 years beginning on or about May 1, 2022 with options to renew for an additional two (2) one-year (1) terms.
Negotiation: Following evaluation of all Proposals, it is OCAD’s intention to enter negotiations with the Proponent who offers the best overall value to OCAD University.
Responses must be submitted in English.
