SCORED SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
An interview will be required of short-listed Respondents, and proposals will be evaluated by an evaluation committee with respect to Relevant Experience and References (35 points), the proposed Stakeholder Engagement Plan (10 points), the Bid Price (25 points) and the Interview (30 points).
This procurement is covered by Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)

DURATION OF AGREEMENT: The term of contract shall not exceed 6 months beginning on or about August 4, 2020.
NEGOTIATION:
At the end of the evaluation process, OCAD University may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter negotiations, by written notification.
