DURATION OF AGREEMENT:
OCAD University requires such services as one-time engagement for its upcoming Presidential search to commence in January 2019 and conclude with an appointment effective July 1, 2020.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS: OCAD University reserves the right to renew the contract awarded under this RFP for up to One (1) additional year at its sole discretion, upon sixty (60) days prior written notice to the successful Respondent. OCAD University reserves the right to cancel such contract for convenience upon thirty days (30) prior written notice to the successful Respondent.
NEGOTIATION:
At the end of the evaluation process, OCAD University may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter negotiations, by written notification.
SUPPLIER PREQUALIFICATION:
The successful Respondent must have previous experience conducting searches for senior administrators and executive positions, including President, within post-secondary education, arts, and/or not-for-profit organizations. The Respondent must also be able to demonstrate strength and reach of research capability in identifying a broad and diverse range of prospects and support their work with references from current or recent clients for whom they have done similar work.
