Description

OCAD University owns and occupies the existing building at 100 McCaul St, in downtown Toronto. The top two floors (5th and 6th floors) are referred to as The Sharp Centre for Design and primarily house the Faculty of Design teaching and support space, and Studio Management labs.
The project suite on the 5th floor is approx. 2200 sq. ft. and was previously used as the Faculty of Design’s administrative offices.
The objective of the project is to renovate and repurpose this space into two Design Photo Studios, one resource centre and storage space.
