Description

McMaster University (“Owner”) located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada is requesting proposals from prospective Gas Turbine Long Term Service Agreement providers. McMaster University is pursuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to provide full-service maintenance of its Gas Turbine to ensure outstanding reliability, performance, and cost savings. The RFP considers a single Solar Turbines Taurus 60SA – T7901SA Gas Turbine Generator Service Package. The preferred term length is five (5) years, with the option to extend for an additional two (2) year term that will be decided at McMaster’s discretion.

All Proponents must have obtained the RFP from www.Merx.com (MERX®). Failure to have obtained the RFP from MERX®. will result in disqualification.

Proposals must be submitted through McMaster University’s online Bonfire portal at:
https://mcmaster.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities

Submissions by other methods will not be accepted.

Minimum system requirements are Internet Explorer 8/9/10+, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. Javascript must be enabled.

Proposals must be uploaded and finalized on or before the Submission Deadline set out in the RFP Timetable.
Uploading large documents may take significant time, depending on file size and internet connection speed. It is strongly recommended that proponents allow sufficient time of at least one (1) hour before the Submission Deadline to upload documents and finalize their submissions.
Proponents will receive an email confirmation receipt with a unique confirmation number upon finalizing their submissions.
