Description

In the spring of 2014, the College undertook a project to examine the information and functional needs of the College at both a global and departmental level. The study identified the need to automate and integrate key processes as part of our Human Resources Management System (HRMS).

The primary purpose of this project is to improve the efficiency with which data is handled and compiled, generally using automation to reduce paper work, manual intervention and repetitive data entry. The secondary purpose is to facilitate the use of the more accessible data to enable better HR planning and decision-making, as well as reporting.
