Description

George Brown College is soliciting proposals as outlined in the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) from qualified companies (the “Proponents”) to provide Pre Construction Management Services and possibly Construction Management Services at Risk for the college’s Arbour Project (collectively the “Deliverables” or “Project”).

The college is holding a mandatory Vendor Project Brief and Site Visit for potential Proponents who may wish to respond to this RFP. QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS RFP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNTIL AFTER THE BRIEFING. ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE BRIEFING. Attendance at the meeting will be restricted to individuals who have pre-registered. Each Proponent may pre-register up to five (5) individuals. The purpose of this Vendor Project Brief and Site Visit is to discuss this RFP including the qualitative criteria, review the desired outcomes of the project, review specifications, update by the Prime Consultant on the progress of the pre-construction phase, discuss the CCDC 5B, 2010 contract and respond to any questions.
