Description

Centennial College will be seeking proposals from qualified proponents to replace its
Continuing Education (CE) WebReg system. This new part-time learning (PTL)
MarketPlace will include a website, content management system, user interface,
customer relationship management tools, and analytics. It will support the future of parttime
learning with an Integration of Continuing Education (CE) into the Academic
Schools, the Advising Model and changes to recruitment activities, which will attract,
recruit and retain part-time learners. This solution will also enhance or replace our
shopping cart.

The College will commence with requesting a Study for the solution approach, to
provide as input for a future Request For Proposal (RFP). The purpose of this RFI is to
seek qualified proponents able to deliver a Study, and with the intention of going for a
public tender based on the Study, comprised of the solution and its implementation.
