CCRFP IE IAACP19 R - International Applicant, Agent and College Portal

Centennial College is engaged in an International Education Next Level (IENL) Program intended to meet the administrative requirements relating to the surging demand in international students attending the College. To create an unparalleled student experience, the Technology component of the IENL Program aims to deliver an international portal system that facilitates the recruitment stage of the international student life cycle.
The intended project scope is to deliver three portals which cater to the process requirements of applicants, agents, and College administration. A brief description of each portal follows:

• Applicant Portal – This portal will meet the needs of prospective international students. Applicants should be able to apply, upload documents, check the status of their application, confirm offers, pay fees, and communicate with agents and administration.
• Agent Portal – This portal will assist agents in facilitating the recruitment process with prospective students. Agents should be able to communicate with applicants, submit invoicing, and review KPI dashboard reporting that will assist with managing the needs of applicants.
• College Portal – This portal will allow the College to oversee the recruitment process and manage agent contracts. College administration should be able to review KPI dashboards, monitor available programs, and communicate to applicants and agents.
