Description

Carleton University (the “University”) intends to award a single source contract to FLIR Systems, 103-3430 South Service Road, Burlington, ON L7N 3J5, Canada to purchase a quantitative optical gas imaging system capable of detecting and quantifying emissions rates of hydrocarbon sources (fugitive sources and vents) at oil and gas sector facilities. This system will be used as part of broader research to quantify methane emissions in the oil and gas sector.
