This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Carleton University, (“Carleton”, the “University”) to prospective Proponents to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of a File-Sharing Service Solution with accompanying support to Carleton that is secure, easy to use and available across multiple platforms and devices, as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).
