Description

Carleton University, the “University”, is seeking professional Catering Services providers to form a Catering Services Vendor of Record Program for catering events under $1,000, exclusive of taxes. Carleton University aspires to provide a quality list of approved caterers for its diverse campus community. Successful proponents will be those that aim to deliver customer-centric service and quality food offerings in a range of categories, including Affordable Menus, Fast Casual, Ethnic or Religious Speciality, Social Enterprise, Vegan/Vegetarian, and /or High End Menus. Carleton University expects to award contracts to a maximum of 10 vendors (excluding the Ethnic Specialty category), representing those Proponents who demonstrate proven customer satisfaction, logistically sound operations and sustainable services, as determined by Carleton in its sole discretion.
