Description

Carleton University’s Energy and Emissions Research Lab (EERL) conducts internationally renowned, highly cited interdisciplinary research designed to understand, quantify, model, and mitigate airborne pollutant emissions associated with global upstream energy production. EERL combines advanced experimentation and simulation in both large-scale controlled lab experiments and fieldwork, leveraging a range of advanced optical diagnostics and experimental capabilities unparalleled in Canada.
This is an Advanced Notice indicating to the supplier community that the University intends to award a contract for goods and/or services to a pre-identified supplier. Suppliers who consider their goods/services fully compliant and readily available may submit a Statement of Capabilities, following the procedures outlined in this Notice on or before the closing date.
