Description

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Brock University to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Security Services consisting of twenty (20) Contract Security Guards and one (1) On-Site Account Administrator which will supplement the full-time Brock Campus Security Special Constable Service. Proponents should bring additional technical, business, practical and operational expertise to ensure the highest possible quality of services that provides the client with an edge to better serve the University community. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) two (2) year periods. It is anticipated that the agreement will be executed on or around May 1, 2018.

Proposals should be submitted to:
Hilary Lindfield, Procurement Services, Brock University, 1812 Sir Isaac Brock Way, Suite 1200, 12th Floor Schmon Tower, St. Catharines, ON L2S 3A1

On or before the submission date of: December 11, 2017 at 3:00:00pm.

Proponents should submit two (2) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy in PDF format on a flash drive. Proposals are to be prominently marked with the RFP title and number (see RFP cover), with the full legal name and return address of the proponent, and with the Submission Date.
Envelope No. 1 – Administrative and Technical Submission
The proponent should submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the following information in Envelope #1. The original copy should be labelled as such:
i. Appendix B
ii. Appendix D
iii. Bid Submission Requirements
iv. One (1) Electronic Copy
Envelope No. 2 – Price Submission Appendix C
The proponent should submit in a second envelope, one (1) original of the completed Appendix C – Rate Bid Form.
