Description

Brock University intends to pre-qualify various Services providers for the period 2020 to 2021, which is a two-year period for projects approved within the Capital Program as well as other projects initiated by others within the University. The project scale will be from $15,000 to $250,000 in fees and related disbursements, not including HST.

Respondents should submit five (5) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy in Microsoft Word format on an USB memory stick in a sealed package.
Responses are to be prominently marked with the RFSQ title and number (see RFSQ cover), with the full legal name and return address of the respondent, and with the Submission Date.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the hard copy and the electronic copy of the bid, the hard copy of the response shall prevail.
