This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by Brock University (“the University”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Parking Lot D Entrance Reconfiguration, as further described in the Special Provisions - General section of the ITT. Tentatively, construction may commence, but is not guaranteed by August 20, 2018. All works must be completed by September 7, 2018.
