Description

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Brock University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Cold Beverage Services.

The term of the agreement is to be for a period of 4 years and 11 months (ending July 31, 2022) with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to 2 (two) additional 2 (two) year terms. It is anticipated that the agreement(s) will be executed on or around August 31, 2017.

A site visit is scheduled for 1:30pm on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 1:30 in the Vallee Conference Centre, Suite 200, Brock University, 1812 Sir Isaac Brock Way. St. Catharines, Ontario L2S 3A1. Parking will be available in “K” Lot, directly in front of Vallee Residence. Please email Melanie Wiggins at mwiggins@brocku.ca to confirm your attendance.
